Holiday Inn Morelia by IHG

Stayed a few days. Good clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was inexpensive and very good. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean. Had all we needed. Thank you for everything. You made our stay memorable.

The staff is beyond professional and attentive to every need. The receptionist was prompt and knowledgeable as well as courteous. They got us checked in fairly quick. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained and stocked. The flat screen tv and AC made it more pleasant. The free breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was close to many other facilites which was great for walking around. Overall 10/10. I would stay here again.

Gym need more variety of free weights or machines. Breakfast need more variety. Overall service staff are excellent.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy to find and has a lot of amenities to offer. There certain parts of the hotel that are updated and it look like they doing more renovations. My room is spacious but is very outdated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was quality and affordable. They do offer a large banquet room for very large groups. Pool was not available at my time of stay. I have stayed at other hotels in Morelia and for the price service and condition...its ok. Just ok. I probably would not return unless I had no other choice. I like to explore other hotels and I would not put this one in my top ten

Its a 3 star hotel and located right on the main road easily accessible but the roads in the front a confusing if the maps are not working well. Building is quite old and they have tried renovating couple of section but the majority of the rooms and hotels are outdated and needs renovation. Staff is helpful and courteous promptly helping with your needs. It is under IHG management so you can see the difference in cleanliness and other services provided. Rooms are good enough for 2 people, they provide coffee machine/ tv / telephone/ hairdryer/ ironing table. Considering price to quality, I think it is fair enough if you get it in 800-1100 price range.

Excellent service at check in. All Spanish. Had my reservation information waiting. Luggage Assistant took us to our room. Lovely spread out floor plan , rather than high rise. Our room was on the quiet side of the hotel , over the soccer field. Room service was gourmet quality. Prompt delivery of food hand carried within 25 minutes. Breakfast buffet abundant and served over many hours,7- 2 pm. Wide variety of foods. Free off street parking in guarded parking lot. Right across the street from Las Americas Mall, on a continuation of Blvd de Leon, where it meets Periférico, easy to find.

Great hotel although the price of our night stay was higher than what was online, it was the middle of the night and room service was on point, drinks where cold and food was warm, English speakers on every part of the hotel, from the front desk to the swimming pool and they give me the benefits of a member of their program without being part of it!
